As the Founder of her own business, FitMinded Living LLC (www.thepowerhousestudios.com), she has developed a proven approach to teaching the tools for longevity in health and has helped thousands of men and women build a practice of wellbeing that’s sustainable.
As a mom of seven, a domestic abuse survivor, and someone that has lost over 150 pounds, Tina has embarked on her own transformational journey that taught her the fundamentals of building a roadmap to long term success by bridging the gap between the physical and emotional challenges.
In 2019, Tina developed Your Power House Online, a Virtual Boutique Gym and Well Being Studio that offered immediate tools of transformation straight into the homes of members with a team of certified trainers to guide them through the programs, workshops, meet-ups, private group trainings, and health-bet challenges. Power House Studios is now a brick and mortar offering hybrid-health and well-being.
The online community resource symbiotically supports the in-person delivery of monthly digital toolkits, hybrid class options, and hybrid personal training sessions – to encourage and empower the walk of well-being through all aspects of health. It is personal training for the mind, body, and life of every body.

Tina is very involved in her local community in Hagerstown, Maryland where she is a member of Soroptimist International, an active board member with Prime Time For Women, and a graduate of Leadership Washington County Class 34. The blueprint to living well is implemented with all ages through yoga classes, pediatric movement classes, mindfulness workshops, bodyweight bootcamps, and is supported by every type of local small business.
Tina created and taught her six-week course on FitMinded Living at Hagerstown Community College, and at Power House Studios Online. She is a contributor to Sass Magazine. When she is not speaking, training, or writing her next book, she is snuggling with her youngest in matching pjs and fuzzy socks, driving to Deep Creek Lake with her husband of 17 years, or watching a sunrise bring in the next new day.
Growing up in the silhouette of sorrow, surrounded by pain, addiction, and abuse, FitMinded Coach Tina Fraley embraced what she thought was the truth. That she wasn’t enough, and that an abundant life would always be just out of reach.
This led to decades of dysfunction and building walls instead of ways.
In her attempts to free herself from the tangle of lies, Tina fled her old life—and the people she loved. She found herself in an abusive marriage, struggling to provide for her family of 7.
Even still, she kept submerging the truth from everyone, pretending—even to herself—that her life was fine. All the cards seemed stacked against her, but a trip back to her hometown changed everything.
After a harrowing cross-country escape, Tina started her life over again from scratch. As she clawed her way back to the root of who she was, she realized she didn’t have to let those lies dictate who she was—or what she deserved—anymore. And she wasn’t going to let them. She battled with her heart, mind, and body to get to where she is today: standing in freedom and abundance, and helping others do the same.
Now, Tina wants to help you release the pain and stand in your power. You don’t have to let your pain define you anymore. Walk alongside Tina in Broken Road to Badass and find out how to rise from your lies.
It’s time to stop lying and start living.
